Nos jeunes <strong>laborantins de seconde professionnelle ABIL<\/strong> vous invitent \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir l&rsquo;art de la <em>dissolution<\/em> et de la <em>dilution<\/em> pour obtenir des <strong>concentrations<\/strong> parfaites. Ces techniques fondamentales sont essentielles non seulement en chimie alimentaire mais aussi en pharmacie, cosm\u00e9tique, et bien d&rsquo;autres domaines !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le sirop, ce rem\u00e8de sucr\u00e9<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour pr\u00e9parer nos sirops sucr\u00e9s, j&rsquo;ai suivi un protocole en plusieurs \u00e9tapes\u00a0\u00bb, nous explique Nehayla. \u00ab\u00a0Tout a commenc\u00e9 par la pes\u00e9e tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise du saccharose sur la balance. On ajoute alors de l&rsquo;eau distill\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;au trait de jauge, pour obtenir la concentration voulue.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9gustation et ajustement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le vrai d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait de taille : arriver \u00e0 des concentrations bien pr\u00e9cises pour satisfaire tous les palais ! Des d\u00e9gustations studieuses ont permis de classer ces sirops par ordre de douceur&#8230; et de v\u00e9rifier leur bon \u00ab\u00a0dosage\u00a0\u00bb !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La palette chromatique des experts<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La concentration n&rsquo;est pas toujours une affaire de go\u00fbt !\u00a0\u00bb intervient leur professeur de chimie. \u00ab\u00a0Avec des solutions color\u00e9es, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u0153il averti du chimiste qui fait la diff\u00e9rence.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/www.hdebalzac.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/L0-TP-Solutions-dilution.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration des solutions color\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous l\u2019\u0153il expert de leur enseignant, nos jeunes laborantins ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9chelle de teintes du sublime permanganate de potassium, par dilutions successives rigoureusement mesur\u00e9es \u00e0 la burette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Analyse comparative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce magnifique d\u00e9grad\u00e9 de violets a ensuite servi d&rsquo;\u00e9talon pour d\u00e9terminer la concentration d&rsquo;une solution d&rsquo;eau de Dakin, puissant antiseptique. En comparant les nuances, quelle concentration lui attribuer ? \u00ab\u00a0La couleur du tube de Dakin est entre le tube 3 et 4 de mon \u00e9chelle de teintes !\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;exclame Alexandra.
