Leur mission a permis de mettre en \u00e9vidence la <strong>teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong> en bicarbonate, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant ainsi le secret derri\u00e8re les bulles l\u00e9gendaires de <em>St Yorre<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La chimie derri\u00e8re les bulles<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Comment <strong>doser<\/strong> ces myst\u00e9rieux <strong>ions bicarbonate<\/strong> ? Pour cela, ils ont fait appel \u00e0 <strong>l&rsquo;acide chlorhydrique<\/strong>, un partenaire de danse chimique bien connu.
