Dans le cadre de leur <strong>Enseignement Pratique Interdisciplinaire<\/strong> (EPI), ces apprentis chimistes ont explor\u00e9 et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 pour percer les myst\u00e8res nutritionnels de notre quotidien. Voici un aper\u00e7u de leurs d\u00e9couvertes !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;eau sous toutes ses formes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Nos laborantins ont d&rsquo;abord scrut\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;eau qui \u00e9tanchent notre soif. Arm\u00e9s de r\u00e9actifs chimiques, nos jeunes scientifiques ont d\u00e9masqu\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de sucres, prot\u00e9ines et lipides. Le lait, les fruits, la viande et les \u0153ufs n&rsquo;ont plus aucun secret pour eux !
