{"id":8173,"date":"2024-02-08T18:19:36","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T17:19:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hdebalzac.fr\/?p=8173"},"modified":"2024-02-08T18:19:38","modified_gmt":"2024-02-08T17:19:38","slug":"exploration-gourmande-et-scientifique-de-pommes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hdebalzac.fr\/index.php\/2024\/02\/08\/exploration-gourmande-et-scientifique-de-pommes\/","title":{"rendered":"Exploration gourmande et scientifique de pommes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un cadre pluridisciplinaire <strong>biologie-chimie<\/strong> sur le th\u00e8me de l&rsquo;<strong>alimentation<\/strong>,  les <strong>\u00e9l\u00e8ves de premi\u00e8re<\/strong> baccalaur\u00e9ats professionnels <strong>Technicien Conseil Vente Univers Jardinerie<\/strong> (TCVUJ) et <strong>Conduite de Productions Horticoles<\/strong> (CPH) ont <strong>go\u00fbt\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>\u00e9tudi\u00e9<\/strong> et <strong>analys\u00e9<\/strong> trois vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de <strong>pommes<\/strong> <em>Granny<\/em>, <em>Golden<\/em> et <em>Dalinette<\/em> de notre <strong>verger Ecole<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 la croqu\u00e9e des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de leur exploration, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves se sont plong\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;univers gustatif des pommes.
