Une exploration sensorielle garantie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyses chimiques des yaourts.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont fabriqu\u00e9 des yaourts en \u00e9valuant leur qualit\u00e9 par la mesure du pH et le dosage de l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 Dornic du lait et du yaourt.
