wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de Travaux Pratiques Renforc\u00e9s, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 2nde professionnelle Laboratoire Contr\u00f4le Qualit\u00e9 ont fabriqu\u00e9 des yaourts fermes et une cr\u00e8me hydratante dans les ateliers de la halle technologique du lyc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 les \u00e9chantillons, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont ensuite contr\u00f4ler la qualit\u00e9 de ces produits au laboratoire de biochimie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Nos laborantin-e-s ont utilis\u00e9 des techniques d&rsquo;analyses courantes de l&rsquo;industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Analyses chimiques du lait et du yaourt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Pour suivre l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 des yaourts au cours de la fermentation lactique, le pH est mesur\u00e9 et l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 Dornic est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par dosage volum\u00e9trique.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\"
