<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nAu cours du mois de f\u00e9vrier 2021, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont travaill\u00e9 sur 2 fabrications illustrant pour l’une le secteur agro-alimentaire avec la fabrication d’un jus de pomme, pour l’autre le secteur cosm\u00e9tique avec la fabrication d’une cr\u00e8me hydratante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
C’est tout le processus de fabrication qui est mis en oeuvre, depuis le choix et la pes\u00e9e des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, en passant par la conduite des installations de production, les contr\u00f4les en cours, jusqu’au conditionnement et \u00e0 l’\u00e9tiquetage des produits fabriqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n L’int\u00e9r\u00eat de cette s\u00e9quence est de favoriser l’apprentissage par le biais d’une p\u00e9dagogie active et dynamique et de faciliter l’acquisition des gestes professionnels avec \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 un produit fini que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent faire d\u00e9couvrir
