En effet, il trait encore ses 100 ch\u00e8vres tous les matins pendant deux heures. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont pu d\u00e9couvrir cette m\u00e9thode en trayant chacun une ch\u00e8vre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il \u00e9l\u00e8ve ses ch\u00e8vres en pastoralisme, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que, quasiment toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e, elles se nourrissent de l\u2019herbe et des broussailles qu\u2019elles trouvent sur des parcours autour de l\u2019exploitation.<br>La femme de David Demontfumat fabrique d\u2019excellents fromages, vendus sur place ou au petit march\u00e9 du village. C\u2019est avec plaisir que tout le monde a pu les d\u00e9guster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La visite s\u2019est termin\u00e9e par un pique-nique dans la garrigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
